Klaas Schilder is remembered both for his courageous stand in opposition to Nazism, which led to his imprisonment three months after the Nazis overran The Netherlands in 1940, and for his role in the Church struggle in The Netherlands, which culminated in 1944 with the suspension of scores of office-bearers and the formation of the liberated Reformed Churches.
Thomas Vanden Heuvel in The Outlook: I strongly recommend this book for everyone interested in the preservation of and propagation of the Reformed faith.

Reeds jaren hebben wij plannen om de complete werken van Prof. Dr. Klaas Schilder in het Engels uit te geven
(wie helpen wil met het vertalen en corrigeren neem a.u.b. contact op met Roelof Janssen { roelof@inhpubl.net })
en hebben tot onze grote vreugde alle Reformaties waar Schilder in geschreven heeft gekregen van J.F. De Leeuw die ze een poos geleden van Ds. W.W.J. Van Oene gekocht had. Na ruim een jaar (2009-2010) ze doorgesnuffeld, gelezen (hetgeen werkelijk onze jeugd schijnt te vernieuwen als dat van een arend --- wellicht niet de correcte uitlegging van de text ;-) en gescanned te hebben zijn ze nu te koop op DVD-Roms en als downloads. Voor hen die af en toe iets willen opzoeken op de computer hebben we naast de PDF editie op DVD-Rom op A3 formaat ook op elke DVD een complete (niet gecorrigeerde) TXT of RTF van alle 27 jaargangen.
